Today, the Big Ten announced that tonight’s conference tournament matchup between No. 14 Oregon and Washington will be postponed due to inclement weather in Omaha, Nebraska. The game was originally scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m. PST and has been rescheduled as the first game on Saturday, to be played at 8:03 a.m. PT
In the event that the Ducks beat the Huskies, they will play the semifinal, likely around 7 p.m. PST. Oregon has only played one double header this season, against George Mason University in which they won both games in blowout fashion. The Ducks will have much more time to rest in between games Saturday if they advance, since their first game will be the first matchup of the day and the semifinal is scheduled to be the last.
As of initial publishing, the conference championship is still scheduled for 12 p.m. PST on Sunday, with the NCAA Selection Show on Monday, May 25.
This is a breaking story and may be updated.
