I am writing in response to your June 8, 2007, article entitled “Rental Remedy” written by Whitney Malkin.
During an interview prior to the publication of the article, Malkin and I had a lengthy discussion regarding the involvement of student organizations and the Rental Owners Association during the creation of the Eugene City Housing Code and the drafting of code language.
