– Mark “Multimedia” and the sub-category. The Multimedia category will make the page full-width and put the content in the main Multimedia feed.
– Add a Featured Image to every post.
– Write a 15 to 25 summary in the Excerpt box for every post. (If you don’t have that box, you can enable it on the “Screen Options” box on the top right.)
– To hide the Featured Image from the lead spot on a story, go to Custom Fields on the post and set “show_featured_image” to “false”
– When you file a picture, add the applicable copy editors under Notifications and add an Editorial Comment letting them know there’s a caption ready to proof.
