Starting the year off with a win over then-No. 1 Penn State was a great momentum builder, and although the team suffered a loss to No. 3 Washington, it’s been refreshing to see a non-footsketball sport find some favorable outcomes. We encourage success and hope the loss to the Huskies doesn’t discourage them@@wouldn’t it be “them”?@@ too much.

In a new press release, Bank of America announced a $5 per month fee just for using your debit card@@greedy motherf&%$ers. Seriously@@. On the upside, you can still take out cash at the ATM for free.
Student ticketing woes
As the Ducks’ success continues to grow with more and more national press, it’s becoming harder and harder to get a hold of a ticket for big football games. As the Emerald reported, although every student pays to get into football games, there are only tickets available for 17 percent of the student body — and that really sucks.
