The caller’s wife was yelling at him through the door to go to bed. The caller was upset with his wife because she wouldn’t let him have his car enough. The caller was told that the police could send officers to “keep the peace” but that they had no authority to establish who gets to drive the car.

Six to seven college-age males with open containers were seen throwing glass bottles. The men were wearing hats, sunglasses and basketball shorts.

Several people were seen crawling out the back window of the house. There were two individuals already in custody and one crawling through the bedroom at the time of the call.

The caller alerted police after unknown subjects started knocking on their door, saying they were the Eugene Police Department.

An unknown man was using the men’s bathroom in the lobby to wash his hair. He refused to leave, even after being there for more than an hour.
