The No. 12 Oregon Ducks softball team went to bat against the No. 10 Stanford Cardinal on Saturday afternoon, with Kelsey Chambers giving the Ducks and early lead with a blast in the bottom of the first inning, but it wasn’t just the Ducks’ offensive production behind the plate that would get the job done. Riding a strong effort from starting pitcher Jessica Moore, the Ducks went on the blank a tough Cardinals team by putting in a good overall performance at Howe Field, winning 2-0.
