One report of sexual assault and two reports of drink tampering since Oct. 24 at several fraternity parties were released today at 2:30 p.m., per the University of Oregon’s clery act.
The sexual assault report was made by a UO student who said that the incident occurred on Saturday, Nov. 2, at a party thrown by the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity at a live-out house located at 1186 Ferry Street.
The same student also reported a “possible drink drugging” incident at the same location on Oct. 31, during a Halloween party that could be related to the sexual assault report.
Another drink drugging report was made about an Oct. 24 party thrown by the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at a live-out house located at 669 E 15th Avenue.
The report was received on Oct. 29 and the location was confirmed on Nov. 1, according to the statement.
According to the statement, “Information currently suggests that individuals are responsible. Fraternities are cooperating with the investigations.”
