Stanford kept up in the first half, trading leads and trailing only by 2 at the half. Cardinal center Josh Owens was tearing up the key with 17 points in the first. The Ducks were able to adjust after the half, holding Owens to 2 points and defeating the Cardinal by 11. Oregon advances to 11-4 and faces California on Sunday at home.
