The Oregon Brass Quintet, along with four student instrumental groups, will be offering a holiday benefit concert to raise money for Red Cross hurricane Sandy relief efforts.
The group, made up of faculty from the University of Oregon School of Music and Dance, will be performing with Tracktown Trombones, the UO Trumpet Ensemble, the UO Horn Quartet and the UO Tuba Septet on Dec. 3.
The concert will take place at the Central Presbyterian Church, which is co-sponsoring the event. No admission will be charged, though a $10 donation is suggested.
