A man and a woman were caught selling marijuana to a minor on Oct. 25 at approximately 10 a.m. The pair were arrested after an officer found them in possession of nearly a quarter pound of marijuana, including less than an ounce of hashish.
The man, 25, and woman, 24, were arrested on charges of selling marijuana to a minor within 1000 feet of a school. Both were lodged in the Lane County Jail for approximately 18 hours.
The names of both suspects were not released.
