New details are emerging in the murder case of 71-year-old University music professor Anne Dhu McLucas, according to The Register Guard.
In an investigator’s affidavit for a search warrant, 36-year-old Johan Gillette told his girlfriend, Asia Seaton, that he killed McLucas after she attempted to intervene in a dispute between Johan Gillette and his father, James Gillette.
Seaton said that Johan Gillette told her he used a wrench to kill his 73-year-old father after he reached for a gun during the fight, according to The Register-Guard.
