After this weekend’s blowout win over Tennessee Tech and Stanford’s upset win over USC, the Ducks moved up another slot in both the Associated Press and coaches polls from fourth to third. USC dropped out of the top ten in both polls with the loss, falling from second to 13th in the AP poll and from third to 12th in the coaches poll. With the win the Cardinal moved into the top ten in the AP poll, from 21st all the way to ninth.
The SEC continues to dominate the tops of both polls with Alabama and LSU sitting in first and second respectively in both polls.
