Caller reported three or four subjects outside his house. He believed he saw the subjects looking in his window. He heard them for about 30 minutes. Mid-call, he realized he may have been dreaming and would call back if there were any problems.

Caller found a white-trimmed cookie tin filled with an unknown white powder outside in the alley near the caller’s house.
Suspicious subjects

Jan. 27, 11:02 p.m.
An unknown male was seen in the trees, approximately 10 feet up. The caller could only hear the man, but he appeared to be cutting down branches.
Disorderly party

Jan. 28, 10:54 p.m.
Caller reported a disorderly party in apartments above the cafe with subjects throwing alcohol and plastic cups onto patrons. It was unknown how many subjects were at the party, or on what floor the party was being held.
Loud noise

Jan. 229, 5:06 a.m.
Someone was playing drums loudly, and the caller wanted to file a noise complaint.
Criminal mischief

Overnight someone uprooted a large plant and placed it on the caller’s vehicle.
