Multiple callers reported they were woken by glass shattering noises. Five males were seen lobbing glass bottles onto the sidewalk and street for over an hour.
Suspicious subject

June 1, 5:08 a.m.
A heavily intoxicated male subject was seen inside an apartment complex trying to steal bicycles. Upon police arrival, the male was found sitting on the ground crying.

June 1, 11:42 p.m.
Neighborhood residents reported over 60 individuals roaming the streets yelling and singing. Certain boisterous party-goers were carting around Tiki torches in hand.
Screaming subject
121 Monroe St.
June 2, 7:11 a.m.
A middle-aged man had been pacing up and down the block screaming incoherently. The man, who was without his pants, was found crouching by a trash can upon police arrival.
Animal at large
2007 Lemuria St.
June 2, 7:44 p.m.
A caller reported a large snake — most likely a boa constrictor — in his backyard. The caller believed the snake belonged to his neighbor but could not contact the neighbor to confirm. The 4-foot-long snake had been trapped under a yard waste bin by the caller. The caller also noted, “The snake has not squeezed or eaten anything yet.”
Lines down
East 17th and Ferry Street
June 3, 3:43 a.m.
Downed power lines were seen strewed across a sidewalk. Callers reported that the lines sparked initially, but after 15 minutes the lines ceased doing so. No pedestrians encountered the line while it was down. @@checked all street names@@
