Tonight and tomorrow, the EMU will be open until 3 a.m. It is directed at helping students find a place to study when the library is full.
This will be a trial run for the ASUO’s Late Night Access project, which aims to make on-campus study spaces more available to students.
“We want to establish an alternative place for students to study during midterms and finals week,” ASUO Academic Affairs Director Harlan Mechling said of the project. “The EMU offers a number of areas that are perfect for students to work on projects and study for exams together.”
