University students packed the EMU ballroom on Saturday, January 28, 2012 for the annual Dance Marathon, raising $28,469 in donations for Children’s Miracle Network. The event, put on by the Holden Leadership Center, challenged participants to persevere through 12 continuous hours of dancing in the name of charity. Eric Lake, aka DJ Yo Huckleberry, kept the music flowing all afternoon and night by mixing and mashing fast beats to keep the dance floor moving.
